Remembering a charity in your Will is very easy and offers a straightforward and secure means of providing a donation. To add a bequest to an existing Will which reflects your wishes can be done using a 'codecil' and is simply a witnessed statement that goes with your Will.

There is also the Disability Wessex 'Adding a codecil' document if you just require a sample codecil form. Open the MS Word document, make the necesary amendments and the print and sign a copy to keep with your Will.
